vSAN Cluster Services
Select the newly created vSAN Cluster.
Navigate to Configure > vSAN > Services
Verify the settings for the services.
vSAN Datastore
Click the Storage icon from the vCenter page.
Navigate to vSAN Datastore > Configure
Verify the settings for the storage properties on this page.
vSAN Disk Group Configuration
Select the newly created vSAN Cluster.
Navigate to Configure > vSAN > Disk Management.
Verify the settings/status for all the disks/ disks groups.
vSAN Health Monitoring
Select the newly created vSAN Cluster
Navigate to Monitor > vSAN > Skyline Health.
Check the cluster health status. There shouldn't be any failures in the tests that were run. Examine the failures and any suggested corrections if there are any.
vSAN Proactive Tests
Make sure that the cluster components are working by running proactive health tests on the cluster.
